for quality in tourism with guarantees that your
expectations as our client will be satisfied.
This
"Q" means that our company
and stuff are committed to the culture of quality
and continuous improvement. We meet the stricts
standards of quality of the ICTE (Institute for
Quality in Tourism in Spain).
To
be awarded with the "Q",
we have had toundergo a period of implantation of
the quality plan and staff training and be inspected
by auditors from the Bureau Eritas, whose report
was appraised by a commitee of prestigious professionals
from outside our sector.
